Ferruz Industrial Group has strengthened its international presence following its participation in IAA Transportation 2026. Held from 15 to 20 September in Hanover, it is undoubtedly one of the leading international trade fairs for commercial vehicles, transport and logistics.IAA Transportation 2026

Ferruz took part in the fair alongside Meierling, a German manufacturer specialising in aluminium semi-trailers, as part of the collaboration both companies maintain to strengthen their presence in the European market. Specifically, we presented a 50 m³ tipper semi-trailer built entirely in aluminium, both chassis and body, with an approximate weight of 5,900 kg. A solution designed to combine lightness, strength and payload capacity, making the most of the possibilities aluminium offers in goods transport.

We also showcased our new range of front-end cylinders, renewed in 2025 and compatible with equipment from the leading international manufacturers.

Beyond the product exhibition, Hanover gave Ferruz the opportunity to hold meetings with customers and suppliers, explore new markets and make contact with potential partners and customers.

“Our participation in Hanover has been very positive for Ferruz. Being present at a fair of this scale has allowed us to showcase our capabilities to professionals from all over the world, maintain direct contact with customers and suppliers and, above all, generate new opportunities and projects,” says Sergio Fraj, of Ferruz.

“The collaboration with Meierling has been especially important during these days. We have been able to share our experience and capabilities with a very broad international market and see first-hand the interest that exists in our solutions,” adds Roberto Sleiman.

This year’s edition brought together more than 140,000 visitors and 1,589 exhibiting companies from 46 countries, consolidating its position as one of the great meeting points of the global transport industry. In addition, more than 113,000 professionals from all international markets attended the trade days, and 1,400 journalists from 50 countries covered the event, spreading it to 125 countries. More than 150 world premieres and new products were presented at IAA Transportation 2026, turning Hanover into a showcase for the main trends and solutions that will shape the evolution of transport in the coming years.

A meeting point to generate new opportunities

According to the organisers’ figures, 77% of trade visitors to this fair have influence over their companies’ purchasing or procurement decisions, while 52% plan to invest in commercial vehicles over the next 6 to 12 months and a further 17% are considering doing so. That is why being present in Hanover has enabled Ferruz Industrial Group to combine international visibility, direct contact with the market and the generation of new business opportunities, as part of its strategy of growth and consolidation in the European market.

Hanover is over, but for us a new stage of work begins now, in which we hope to turn everything generated during the fair into new projects!
