The recent granting of a grant within the IDIS REACT 2021 call from the Department of Industry, Competitiveness and Business Development of the Government of Aragon, which co-finances the European Union’s ERDF Aragon 2014-2020 Operational Program to promote the digital, innovative and sustainable industry, endorses this approach.
Specifically, the aluminum semi-trailers and urban solid waste collectors division of Grupo Industrial Ferruz has received this aid for its project to develop and manufacture a side-loading solid waste collection vehicle on which important improvements have been applied. Among them, the incorporation of software developed for this purpose and a program that allows you to collect any type of container, as well as proportional hydraulics that makes possible an energy saving of 59% or equally important elements such as independent arms, anti-jamming systems. the hopper, nitrided cylinder heads or the mechanical and hydraulic rear door lock.
